Heather is the owner and lead groomer at Pawsitive Vibes Dog Spa and the heart behind everything the salon stands for. A Certified Canine Esthetician and Fear Free Certified Groomer, Heather built Pawsitive Vibes around one simple belief: grooming should be gentle, compassionate, and tailored to each dog's needs.

With a background as a retired trauma therapist, Heather brings a unique depth of understanding to her work with dogs—especially those who are anxious, fearful, or have had difficult past experiences. Her trauma-informed approach means every dog is met with patience, respect, and individualized care.

Pawsitive Vibes is a Fear Free Certified salon, and Heather is deeply committed to maintaining that standard across every aspect of the business. From the products used (exclusively Canadian-made and hypoallergenic) to the way each dog is handled, comfort and emotional safety always come first.

Pawsitive Vibes was created to be more than a grooming salon—it's a place where dogs are cared for thoughtfully, clients feel confident and informed, and every team member shares the same values of kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Hannah brings a lifelong love of animals to her role as a groomer at Pawsitive Vibes Dog Spa. Having grown up surrounded by animals, she has a well-rounded and intuitive understanding of animal behavior that shines through in her work every day.

Hannah is known for her friendly nature, patience, and compassionate approach to grooming. She takes the time to ensure each dog feels safe and comfortable, especially those who may be new to grooming or need a little extra reassurance.

Her calm presence and attention to detail make her a wonderful part of the Pawsitive Vibes team. Hannah especially enjoys the connection she builds with both the dogs and their people, and loves helping pet parents better understand their dogs.
